Parking
We have a large private carpark free to use for all patrons.
Getting here by Train
Traveling by train? We are just a short distance from two mainline stations:
South Woodham Ferrers Station: A mere 3 miles away, you can reach us in a quick 5-minute drive or a scenic walk along public footpaths.
North Fambridge Station: Also located 3 miles from us, making for an equally short drive.
Both stations offer regular services between Southminster and Wickford, and (more occasional but still regular) services directly from London Liverpool Street heading towards Southminster.
Getting here by Foot
For those who enjoy a leisurely walk, our pub is accessible from South Woodham Ferrers entirely via footpaths. Simply follow the well-marked paths that lead directly to Woodham Road. It’s a pleasant walk, perfect for soaking in the local scenery and building up an appetite for the hearty fare awaiting you at our pub.

Getting here by Bus
Starting from July 29, 2024, you can also reach us by bus. The new Service 45 bus route connects Bradwell to South Woodham Ferrers, passing through several stops across the Dengie. This service runs Monday to Friday, approximately every 90 minutes, making it a convenient option for regular visits.
